assurance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the relevant MEH discipline.\nPrepare, review and provide assurance of QA/QC procedures, work instructions, Construction Work Packs and Quality Plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and project specifications.\nConduct quality audits, inspections and assurance activities, identifying non-conformances and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nOversee and support the management of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring accurate documentation, traceability and compliance with nuclear quality requirements.\nIdentify potential quality risks, undertake risk assessments and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.\nEnsure compliance with applicable nuclear regulatory requirements, codes, standards and project licensing conditions.\nProvide training, guidance and coaching to project personnel, contractors and subcontractors on QA/QC procedures, standards and requirements.\nManage and support the end-to-end Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including root cause analysis, corrective action reporting, lessons learnt and evidence gathering for NCR closure within SWITCH.\nMonitor quality performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular progress reports and communicate quality status, issues and recommendations for improvement.\nReview Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and support the development of Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) and Verification Forms (VFs) to ensure appropriate verification of supporting documentation and construction controls.\nChampion Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) and Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items (CFSI) requirements across the project.\nProvide subject matter expertise and input into the review and improvement of assurance processes, quality documentation and project controls.\nSupport the development and implementation of Lessons From Experience (LFE) through effective NCR and corrective action management.\nWork collaboratively with Discipline Quality Leads, engineers and other stakeholders to support site installation and delivery activities.\nRequirements:\nRelevant technical qualification in the applicable discipline, such as ONC, HNC or HND, or an equivalent recognised apprenticeship.\nAlternatively, a valid or previously held qualification for a minimum of five years in a relevant discipline, such as CSWIP, NACE, ICORR, PCN, City & Guilds 2391 / 2391-52 or BS 7671 (17th/18th Edition), as applicable.\nAbility to demonstrate relevant technical knowledge and experience through a competency-based interview.\nPrevious experience working on major projects.\nPrevious experience within the nuclear industry would be advantageous.\nExperience working within an Alliance agreement or collaborative project environment would be beneficial.\nGood understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles, procedures and processes.\nStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify effective corrective actions.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.\nAbility to review technical documentation, identify quality risks and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nA
