The role involves monitoring transactions, resolving system-related issues, preparing reports, and ensuring that SAP procedures are followed correctly.\nThorough analysis and system checking of processes/workflows that ensure the SAP system meets the defined requirements.\nLabel creation from SAP database as requirement from Project managers.\nUpdate Inhouse Application to get crate inventory data on weekly bases.\nTo update, Integrate multiple SAP Extract into Database\nWorking alongside the Material Data Coordinator to identify obsolete SAP data and rectify accordingly to ensure data standards are maintained to promote integrity, reliability, and efficiency of the system.\nSupport Back office Logistic Team for creation of Outbound delivery and issues related to handling units.\nAssisting with the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of new released SAP modules prior to implementation and ultimate deployment\nAn understanding of the business practices and procedures - led by the Site SAP Transformation Manager will be used to design, develop, and maintain workflow processes.\nCollaborate with all SAP users to assess current and future information needs for the business.\nResponsible for the creation of Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders (STO) till the point of consumption by Operations\nSupport Warehouse related SAP functionality and support Warehouse manager and Site SAP Transformation manager to work upon system backlog.\nSAP System Coordination: coordinate daily SAP activities and ensure that transactions are processed accurately and on time.\nData Management: Create, update, and maintain master data, including vendor, customer, material, and other business records, as applicable.\nTransaction Processing: Enter, verify, and monitor SAP transactions related to purchasing, inventory, Goods/Service/Invoice Receipt, or logistics Related Transactions.\nReporting: Prepare SAP reports, track operational performance, and provide data to management and relevant departments.\nDepartment Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of SAP-related activities.\nIssue Resolution: Identify transaction errors, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with the SAP support team to resolve issues.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate records, transaction logs, process documents, and audit-related information.\nProcess Compliance: Ensure that SAP procedures, company policies, and internal controls are followed.\nUser Support: Assist employees with basic SAP queries, transaction processing, and system navigation.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in business technology, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant discipline.\nExperience working with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, and reporting tools.\nStrong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and coordination abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nKnowledge of relevant SAP modules, such as MM, QM, SD, PP, or WM/EWM, depending on the department.\nExperienced: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in SAP related functionality and Operations, or a related role.\nFor this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
