This is a broad role supporting group reporting, consolidation, forecasting and financial analysis across an international business.\nYou will work closely with finance teams across our global offices, support senior management reporting and play a role in improving our finance systems and processes, including the rollout of our new ERP system.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the monthly group reporting and consolidation process.\nAssist with preparing reporting packs for the parent company.\nProduce monthly management reports and support rolling forecasts.\nPrepare and maintain group reporting across cash flow, treasury, order book, new business and operational performance.\nComplete balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations and support month-end close.\nAssist with the annual budgeting process.\nWork with finance teams across our global offices to ensure accurate and timely reporting.\nSupport the annual audit and statutory reporting process.\nProvide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting for senior management.\nIdentify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline reporting processes.\nSupport the rollout of the new ERP system, including UAT and data validation.\nAbout You\nYou will be an ambitious finance professional looking to build your career in group finance and reporting.\nIdeally, you will have:\nPart-qualified or newly qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.\nStrong Excel and analytical skills.\nExperience with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, NAV/Dynamics 365, OneStream, Harvest or Xero would be beneficial but is not essential.\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\nConfidence working with colleagues and stakeholders across an international business.\nA proactive approach with a willingness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nThe role offers broad exposure across group finance, reporting, forecasting, audit and finance transformation, with the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial finance experience in an international environment.\nReasonable Adjustments\nWe are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
