The successful candidate will lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects, managing all phases from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage clients, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.\nCoordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.\nManage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.\nEnsure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.\nLead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.\nSupport multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects\nProven experience managing HV and MV substation projects.\nStrong knowledge of substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.\nExperience working with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.\nStrong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of Saudi Arabia regulations, utility requirements, and approval processes is preferred.\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills.\nHow to Apply Please submit your application through our official careers portal.
