Reporting into the Global Director, Total Rewards and People Science - this is not a traditional HR reporting role. The mandate is to build an enterprise-wide People Sciences capability that combines statistical analysis, decision modelling, technology adoption and AI-enabled automation to improve organizational performance, productivity and return on people's investment.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on expert, a rigorous thinker, and a builder who thrives in ambiguity.\nKey Responsibilities\nPeople Sciences Strategy: Define and execute the enterprise-wide roadmap, progressing from descriptive and diagnostic analytics to predictive insights, statistical testing and prescriptive decision models.\nWorkforce Decision Intelligence: Analyze large and complex datasets, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and develop models to guide workforce planning, organizational design, rewards, productivity and capital allocation.\nEnterprise Technology & Adoption: Drive the implementation, adoption and optimization of enterprise platforms such as Workday in support of Total Rewards\nAI & Digital Labor: Leverage LLMs, AI agents and automation to augment human capabilities, simplify workflows, improve decision-making and scaling .\nExecutive Insights: Translate complex analysis into compelling storyboards, visualizations and actionable recommendations that help leaders make informed investment decisions.\nCapability Building: Lead a small specialist team, establish analytical standards and serve as a trusted expert who constructively challenges assumptions and conventional thinking.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in enterprise people analytics, decision science, HR technology or data-led transformation.\nExperience driving enterprise-wide adoption of Workday or comparable platforms.\nStrong quantitative capabilities, including statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, scenario analysis, and working with large datasets.\nUnderstanding AI, LLMs, and their practical application to enterprise processes.\nProficiency in BI tools; knowledge of SQL, Python and AI development frameworks is an advantage.\nAbility to operate as both a hands-on expert and thought leader of a small, high-performing team.\nExceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBuild a People Sciences function that moves the Group from reporting what happened to anticipating what matters, recommending where to invest and using technology and digital labor to scale execution.
