Our Middle East operations continue to expand, supporting major infrastructure, transportation, energy, and development projects aligned with national visions and long-term growth strategies.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Manager - Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel\nMonitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery\nAct as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery\nReview and monitor contractor progress, performance, and compliance with approved methodologies and plans\nPrepare and present project reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline\nMinimum 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including significant experience in construction supervision and project management roles\nProven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, transportation, water, or related sectors\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, construction supervision practices, contract administration, and project controls\nStrong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nExperience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable\nGCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous\nWhy Join SJ?\nJoin a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people-centric environments across 40+ countries.
