Evaluate contractor claims, additional works, rate applications, and assess entitlement in line with contractual provisions.\nEvaluate Variation Orders (VOs) with clear breakdowns of quantities, rates, productivity allowances, and justification reports.\nTrack and monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and cashflow plans.\nAbout You\nBSc. In Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics Or Civil Engineering from any reputed university.\nMinimum 08 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration within construction, consultancy, or PMC environments.\nProven experience in managing commercial aspects of building construction projects.
