May be involved in the performance management reviews and handover of new tasks for the team.\nEvaluate current accounting processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency once approved by RTR Team Lead and Manager.\nKey Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience\nMust possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Banking, relevant professional certification is an advantage (e.g. CPA, MBA)\nWith 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting\nAbility to prioritise tasks to manage competing deadlines.\nExperience in a BPO or Shared Service setting is an advantage.\nExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or any financial reporting software, with strong working knowledge of SAP or S/4 Hana being essential.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills within a multi-cultural business environment.\nCandidate should have sound Finance and Accounting skills, including knowledge of best practices on any or all areas of accounting such as AR, AP, Cash, and Reconciliation.\nCan work with minimal supervision and has a leadership potential.\nAbility to work with precision and manage competing deadlines and heavy workloads.\nAble to collaborate with team members, internal clients and management.\nAbility to cope with ambiguity and change and maintain high level of professionalism when working under pressure.\nAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
