In this role, you’ll consult on and manage projects (based on your experience and capability) under the guidance of an Associate and/or Director. Beyond leading exciting projects, you’ll maintain strong client and design community relationships, participate in meetings, support or lead design charrettes, and ensure clear, effective communication across teams. You’ll also take ownership of reporting, budgeting, and time management to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results.\nWhat your day-to-day looks like?\nDays at Atelier Ten are filled with a large variety of project types from offices, labs to large masterplans. Here are some regular tasks you may encounter:\nIndependently and proactively plan and manage projects from start to finish\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service\nCoordinate with design and contractor teams to ensure seamless project delivery\nLead client presentations, design charrettes, and internal team meetings\nCollaborate with Atelier Ten’s technical analysis teams to integrate sustainability strategies into your projects\nForecast project fees and resources, and manage budgets effectively\nAuthor and review project deliverables, including reports, memos, technical studies, and drawings\nCreate compelling graphic illustrations to communicate technical concepts across our consulting practices\nWork on a diverse range of projects within the built environment, including institutional, commercial, and residential buildings, as well as large-scale masterplans\nPartner with Atelier Ten’s integrated design groups to support services such as environmental design consulting, daylight and façade analysis, and benchmarking\nWhat are we looking for?\nHopefully you’re on board so far and excited about what your days at Atelier will look like. These factors include (but not limited to) the responsibilities, requirements, and location of the position, as well as the candidate/s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also consider internal equity, market data, and growth potential. The good faith estimate of the base compensation offered for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000.
