Referred to as ‘campus in nature’, it embodies the character of Singapore as a garden city, integrating urban structure and natural landscape harmoniously while showcasing the deep history and expertise of the group.\nRole Purpose\nThe Senior Manager / Manager, Strategy & Operations supports the development and execution of Group-wide strategic initiatives, corporate transformation programmes and operational excellence initiatives.\nWorking closely with EXCO, Business Line CEOs and Corporate Functions, the role is responsible for driving strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional programmes, monitoring execution and delivering high-impact outcomes across the Group.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Planning & Business Development\nSupport the development and execution of the Group's strategic priorities and business plans.\n\nConduct market research, competitive benchmarking and strategic assessments to support decision-making.\n\nDevelop business cases, financial analyses and recommendations for strategic initiatives, investments and growth opportunities.\n\nStrategy Execution & Transformation\nLead and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including AI, portfolio optimisation, operating model transformation, productivity improvement and business performance enhancement.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional workstreams and monitor programme delivery.\n\nDrive implementation of strategic initiatives across Business Lines and Corporate Functions.\n\nPerformance Management\nMonitor strategic KPIs and business performance against agreed targets.\n\nDevelop management dashboards and reports for EXCO and the Board.\n\nIdentify implementation risks and recommend corrective actions to improve execution.\n\nCorporate Governance\nPrepare Board, EXCO and senior management papers, presentations and briefing materials.\n\nCoordinate strategic reviews, workshops and governance meetings.\n\nTrack key decisions, action items and implementation progress.\n\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with Business Line CEOs, Corporate Functions and external stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities.\n\nFacilitate cross-functional discussions and build alignment across the organisation.\n\nSupport senior leadership in driving enterprise-wide initiatives and organisational change.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.\n\nManager: At least 5 years' relevant experience in Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Development, Business Transformation or Project Management.\n\nSenior Manager: At least 8 years' relevant experience with demonstrated leadership in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.\n\nStrong analytical, commercial and financial acumen.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong project and programme management capabilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
