Headquartered in Singapore, SJ is a diverse collective of experts delivering sustainable and high-impact solutions across the built environment.\nRole Overview\nWe are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Renewables Energy Engineers for upcoming energy and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from feasibility through to delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead feasibility studies, concept and detailed design for Solar PV and BESS projects.\n\nPrepare and review technical specifications, calculations, and engineering deliverables.\n\nPerform solar energy yield and battery storage performance assessments.\n\nCoordinate grid connection requirements and multidisciplinary design interfaces.\n\nReview vendor proposals, technical submissions, and design documentation.\n\nSupport procurement, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and project teams.\n\nLiaise with clients, utilities, authorities, and contractors to support project delivery.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering discipline.\n\nMinimum 10-12 years of experience in renewable energy projects.\n\nStrong experience in Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).\n\nKnowledge of grid connection requirements, power systems, and electrical design.\n\nExperience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects.\n\nStrong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPrevious experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.\n\nHow to Apply\nPlease submit your application through our official careers portal.
