The role covers infrastructure delivery, technical design review, project quality assurance, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee the technical delivery and supervision of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programmes.\nReview and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.\nEnsure engineering designs comply with applicable design standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.\nIdentify and manage non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.\nReview project processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.\nSupport change management initiatives and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.\nCoordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders to address engineering and quality-related issues.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision, engineering design oversight, project quality management, or related technical functions.\nDemonstrated experience in major infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, or urban development programmes.\nExperience reviewing engineering studies and designs against applicable standards and technical requirements.\nExperience in project quality management, inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance.\nKnowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, and corrective action implementation.\nExperience improving project processes and supporting change management initiatives.\nWhy Join SJ?\nJoin a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people-centric environments across 40+ countries.
