With a strong presence across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, we deliver integrated solutions across the entire project lifecycle-from planning and design to delivery and asset management.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Manager - Project Controls to oversee project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programmes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, and progress monitoring.\nDevelop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.\nMonitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.\nPrepare and analyse project performance reports, dashboards, and management information.\nDevelop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programmes.\nSupport the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.\nUse Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software to monitor and control project performance.\nIdentify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, or project risk management.\nPractical experience in cost engineering, quantity management, project analysis, and preparation of project schedules.\nDemonstrated experience using Primavera P6.\nExperience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.\nExperience preparing project performance dashboards and integrated programme schedules.\nExperience developing project implementation and management plans for major infrastructure projects.\nWhy Join SJ?\nJoin a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people-centric environments across 40+ countries.
