We have access to global network of design and engineering expertise, with 16,000 colleagues across 10 multi-disciplinary brands including architects, designers, planners, engineers and other specialists.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traffic Engineer - Site Supervisor to join our highway road construction project in Timor-Leste.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating traffic engineering and traffic management activities during construction. The role will ensure that traffic control measures, temporary traffic arrangements, road safety systems, and related works are implemented safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, traffic management plans, and applicable standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering with specialization in traffic engineering or equivalent.\nHave a minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of cumulative experience in Civil Engineering with expertise in Highway road construction supervision and thereof a minimum of 10 (ten) years related to the traffic management for Highway roads or large road projects.\nHave served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) Highway Road projects of similar nature.\nPreferably a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 2 years.\nFluency in written and spoken form of English is mandatory.\nResponsible for managing traffic flow and safety during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to existing traffic, in conformance with the DB Contract, the technical specifications and the approved detailed design.\nMale or Female\nAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
