tools\n\n- Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration and delivery concepts, specifically continuous testing\n\n- Preferred Experience with BDD, TDD, ATDD\n\n- Experience in the design and development of code to automate functional and regression tests\n\n- Understanding of SQA procedures, policies and principles\n\n- Experience in Agile development\n\n- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n- Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills\n\n- Approach tasks with an innovative mind set, positive outlook\n\n- Knowledge in financial services and insurance industry\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement scalable, high-performance automation frameworks using Java and Selenium to accelerate the regression testing lifecycle and ensure product stability.\n\n- Orchestrate end-to-end test automation strategies using Tosca to streamline complex enterprise workflows and improve overall test coverage.\n\n- Integrate AI-based testing tools to proactively identify patterns, predict potential defects, and optimize test execution cycles for faster release cadences.\n\n- Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to embed quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless deployment and high-quality code delivery.\n\n- Mentor junior team members on best
