With expertise in testing and debugging embedded systems, we ensure that our enterprise PCIe NVMe SSD products meet the highest standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the progress of testing, identify potential issues, and report findings to ensure compliance with design specifications, as well as with customer standards and requirements.\nCollaborate closely with other teams, including SOC, FW, and HW, to address and resolve product challenges.\nImplement coordinated efforts to debug system issues, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.\nFoster open communication channels to facilitate efficient problem-solving and enhance the overall product quality.\nProvide customer support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and prompt responses.\nRequirements:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 10+ years of storage-related experience, OR M.S. in CS, CE, or related field with 7+ years of storage-related experience is required.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficient in PCIe protocol, NVMe, and NAND is required.\nKnowledge of Linux Kernel and drivers is a plus.\nStrong understanding of storage architectures and system-level debugging is also beneficial. Experience with bus analyzers and trace evaluation tools is required.\nProgramming Proficiency:\nStrong proficiency in programming languages such as python, C and C++ is required.\nCOMPENSATION: $150,000/yr - $210,000/yr\nREGARDING COMPENSATION:\nSK hynix memory solutions America Inc. offers you the opportunity to apply your skills to exciting projects while working with innovative teams.
