issues\nInteracting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role.\nHands on Kyocera and HP printing machines both hardware and software\nMonitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively\nGood knowledge/ hands on CCTV Surveillance system\nConduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlightingfeatures and benefits.\nKnowledge and hands on configuration of Active directory\nInstalling and configuring Computer systems\nMaintain relationships with new and existing clients.\nGood understanding of computer systems\nPrepare regular technical reports for team Supervisor review and meetings.\nCarry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3\nDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network
