Description

Ready to take your career to the next level?

Skai is looking for the best and the brightest to join our family. We're proud of our industry-leading digital marketing software but we're even prouder of the people behind it. That's where you come in!

At Skai, we're evolving how our Client Success organization engages with customers; building a more proactive, consultative, and value-driven approach to customer relationships.

We're looking for a Client Success Enablement Manager to help bring this transformation to life.

In this role, you'll help design and deliver engaging learning experiences that equip our Client Success teams with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. You'll work closely with CS leadership and cross-functional partners to turn business priorities into practical training, resources, and development programs that make a real difference in how our teams engage with customers.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Client Enablement, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in Client Success and is ready to take greater ownership of programs, content, onboarding, and stakeholder relationships. You do not need to have done everything before. We are looking for someone with a bias to action who is data driven, curious, results-oriented, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of global CS enablement programs focused on consultative discovery, value realization, strategic account management, executive engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Turn complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences, including live in-person and virtual training sessions, interactive workshops, role plays, and certifications.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing frameworks, talk tracks, meeting guides, account planning resources, coaching tools, and AI workflows that help reps engage customers more strategically.
  • Design, manage, and deliver CS onboarding programs, including role-based learning paths, practical application, and certification.
  • Partner with CS leadership to identify performance gaps, gather field insights, and translate business priorities into targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Help reinforce new behaviors after training through manager coaching resources, peer learning, call reviews, practice activities, and ongoing inspection.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support the rollout of product launches, new capabilities, and go-to-market initiatives through training facilitation, communications, and seller resources.
  • Bring recommendations, identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and CS effectiveness, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
  • Track program participation, content engagement, learner feedback, skill development, and other indicators of effectiveness. Use data and qualitative feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Bring recommendations, identify opportunities to improve the learner and seller experience, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in Customer Success, Customer Success Enablement, Learning & Development, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B sales or customer-facing organization, preferably within SaaS, advertising technology, marketing technology, digital media, or another complex business.
  • AI curiosity and proficiency. Including being comfortable using AI to automate workflows, or building new AI workflows to improve sales processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand and deliver sessions that are interactive, relevant, and memorable.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through on details.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • Experience partnering across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across functions, roles, and levels of seniority.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new products, industries, systems, and commercial concepts.

Preferred, but not required

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, including Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Exposure to consultative selling, value-based customer engagement, account planning, or customer success methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Highspot, learning management systems, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid search, paid social, retail media, commerce media, or programmatic advertising.
  • Experience creating or maintaining training materials, onboarding resources, playbooks, or internal communications.
  • A clear and engaging communication style, with the ability to make difficult concepts approachable and bring energy to both virtual and in-person training.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000-105,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
