That's where you come in!\nSkai is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to support the execution of campaigns and programs that create engagement and generate pipeline.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who brings a can-do attitude, learns quickly, and is excited to take on more responsibility as they grow.\nYou’ll work across the full demand generation lifecycle, helping bring campaigns from idea to launch while gaining experience across channels and programs. . . We’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute, develop their skills, and gradually take ownership of their own campaigns.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport demand generation campaigns across email, digital, webinars, events, content, and outbound channels.\nBuild and QA campaign elements, including emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.\nCoordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables to keep campaigns moving and launches on track.\nSupport webinars and virtual events from promotion and registration through execution and follow-up.\nHelp manage audience lists, campaign tracking and lead follow-up processes in partnership with Marketing, SDRs and Revenue Operations.\nMaintain campaign calendars, project trackers and program documentation.\nMonitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on engagement, leads and pipeline.\nConduct audience, account and market research to inform campaign development.\nCollaborate with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Events and Sales to coordinate campaign activity.\nSupport account-based marketing programs through account research, audience development and campaign execution.\nUse AI and other tools to support research, content adaptation, personalization, campaign execution and performance analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and help the team work more efficiently.\nTake on greater ownership of campaigns as your skills and experience develop.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign marketing, or a related role. Relevant internship experience may also be considered.\nA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where support is needed.\nA desire to learn quickly, apply feedback, and take on greater responsibility over time.\nStrong organizational skills and close attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.\nA proactive approach and the confidence to help move work forward.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nComfort working with data, spreadsheets and performance reports.\nAn interest in demand generation, marketing technology, and how marketing contributes to revenue.\nA collaborative approach and comfort working across teams.\nCuriosity about AI and an interest in testing new tools and more efficient ways of working.\nWe are hybrid for the long term - with a great home/ office work mix (three days in office per week), passionate and diverse team members, and a vibrant company culture.\nThe salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
