AI Solutions is our global post-sales and professional-services organization - the team that takes process intelligence and agentic AI out of pilots and into production, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. We are AI-first by default: we spot repeating patterns and build agents to automate them, scaling the value we deliver with the book of business, not with headcount.

The role. Own the North America delivery portfolio end-to-end - the regional Director of Professional Services for AI Solutions. You take full accountability for delivery and value across our strategic and growth accounts, you are the first and last line of escalation, and you set a non-negotiable quality bar in a zero-escalation culture where the buck stops with you. You are product-first - services are how we make the product succeed - and you build a forward-deployed team that turns every deployment into product leverage. Above all you are AI-first: you make the team more efficient with agents and automation, scaling outcomes with the book of business, not just with people.

What you own

• Full ownership of the NA portfolio - delivery, value realization, utilization, profitability, and renewal / expansion support.
• End-to-end delivery across strategic and growth accounts on a repeatable engagement model; you open and close every onboarding milestone.
• The people - Lead and Solution Consultants and an embedded forward-deployed bench (Solution Architects and Forward-Deployed Engineers).
• An AI-first delivery org - agents and accelerators that automate repeating work and raise capacity per consultant, so the team scales with outcomes rather than headcount.
• A zero-escalation culture - final owner of escalations, issues and product-gap resolution; you partner directly with Product, Marketing and Sales.
• New services packages shaped to customer need, built on a process-, product- and data-telemetry-based assessment of how customers actually work.

What we look for

• 10+ years in professional services / delivery leadership at an enterprise software or top-tier consulting firm.
• Has owned a delivery P&L or large portfolio and carried CxO relationships through real transformation outcomes.
• Knows how to build and run an embedded, billable forward-deployed delivery model.
• AI-first and product-first - automates repeating delivery work with agents and scales value with the book, not the cost base.
• Background in process intelligence, workflow automation or data-intelligence platforms, applied with an AI-first mindset.
• Domain exposure across banking, financial services, insurance and healthcare is a strong plus.
• Hands-on operator who thrives in uncertainty and sets a quality bar that doesn't move.
