AI Solutions is our global post-sales and professional-services organization - the team that takes process intelligence and agentic AI out of pilots and into production, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. We are AI-first by default: we spot repeating patterns and build agents to automate them, scaling the value we deliver with the book of business, not with headcount.

The role. Build a net-new, AI-first delivery pillar from the ground up to serve our global SMB and mid-market customers - enterprise-grade companies that need fast, productized, high-value delivery. You design a scalable model that absorbs volume and demand peaks without growing headcount one-for-one, protecting margin while funding the next phase of growth. This is a builder's role: little scaffolding, a blank canvas, and the chance to define how Skan delivers at scale.

What you own

• The SMB & mid-market operating model - a lightweight, productized, fast onboarding designed to scale elastically.
• A delivery engine that blends a dedicated specialist core with flexible managed-services and partner capacity, sized to demand.
• Profitable delivery and strong unit economics across the global SMB and mid-market book.
• AI-first innovation as the default - agents and accelerators that let a lean team serve many customers exceptionally well.
• Value realization, adoption and renewal across the portfolio.

What we look for

• Built or scaled a productized, high-volume delivery model for SMB or mid-market customers.
• Strong unit-economics instinct - knows how to serve many customers profitably without linear headcount growth.
• Partner-management and managed-services experience.
• AI-first to the core - productizes and automates onboarding and delivery.
• Background in process intelligence, workflow automation or data-intelligence platforms is a plus.
• Pragmatic builder who thrives standing up something new from scratch.
