Overview:

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead end-to-end platform implementations for enterprise clients. The role involves working closely with customers to map complex financial processes, design solutions aligned to business KPIs and regulatory requirements, and ensure seamless integration within their IT ecosystems. You will be the primary technical and delivery owner responsible for data health, issue resolution, and driving measurable value realization throughout the customer lifecycle. A strong analytical mindset is key, as the role requires leveraging data analytics, process intelligence, and AI/ML techniques to surface insights and deliver prescriptive recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Python, BI tools, and consulting, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical teams and C-suite executives

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Delivery & Customer Engagement

• Lead end-to-end implementations, spanning discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment execution.
• Map and validate complex financial processes - including lending, claims management, customer onboarding, and compliance workflows.
• Design solutions aligned with business KPIs, regulatory requirements, and risk control frameworks.
• Configure and operationalize the platform within enterprise IT and data ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary solution owner, accountable for delivery timelines, milestone adherence, and measurable value realization.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

2. Data Health, Governance & Technical Support

• Act as the primary technical contact and platform expert, providing proactive guidance, timely issue resolution, and continuous support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and lineage across multiple interconnected systems.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies, integration issues, and process gaps, with particular rigor for audit-sensitive use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to strengthen system robustness and ensure on-time delivery.
• Enable customer Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partner organizations through targeted training and structured knowledge transfer.

3. Data Analysis & AI-Driven Insight Generation

• Analyze process data to surface trends, inefficiencies, and actionable improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using advanced data analytics, log analysis, and process intelligence techniques.
• Apply AI and machine learning to detect anomalies, identify bottlenecks, analyze process hierarchies and variants, and perform correlation and trend analysis.
• Progress insights along the analytical maturity curve - from descriptive through predictive to prescriptive recommendations.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insight synthesis, with appropriate validation rigor.
• Build repeatable analytical frameworks and reusable models to drive scalable delivery.

4. Reporting, Visualization & Value Communication

• Develop, maintain, and present customer-facing dashboards and performance reports.
• Translate complex, data-intensive findings into clear, business-focused narratives tailored to the audience.
• Communicate outcomes with equal effectiveness to technical teams and C-suite executives.

5. Collaboration, Documentation & Advisory

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align on priorities and deliver integrated outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, platform configurations, data assumptions, and process maps to support scalability and knowledge transfer.
• Enable customer teams through training programs, best practice guides, and ongoing advisory support.
