We are shaping the future of work itself.\nWe are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role combines deep cloud engineering expertise, DevSecOps practices, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and strong Linux system administration to enable reliable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security-first platform operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, platform reliability, and embedding security throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nDevelop and operate CI/CD pipelines with integrated DevSecOps security controls.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nImplement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) including RBAC policies, service accounts, and identity federation.\nEmbed security best practices such as secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.\nEnsure high availability, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of cloud environments.\nMonitor platform health, troubleshoot production incidents, and lead root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with development, security, and platform teams to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.\nMaintain documentation, operational runbooks, and engineering best practices.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n(Must-Have)\n6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including networking, GKE, virtual machines, storage, DNS, and secrets management.\nProven DevSecOps experience including shift-left security and integration of SAST, DAST, and SCA within CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including troubleshooting production workloads.\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Harness, including YAML pipelines, variable groups, and environment configurations.\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform including module development, state management, and workspace strategies.\nAdvanced Linux system administration including performance tuning, network diagnostics using tcpdump, kernel parameter tuning, and cgroups.\nStrong scripting and automation using Bash and Python.\nExperience with observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and Alertmanager.\n(Good-to-Have)\nExperience designing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures including cross-cloud networking.\nExposure to cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices including usage monitoring and resource optimization.\nExperience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.\nFamiliarity with data platforms such as PostgreSQL, StarRocks, and Apache Flink.\nExperience implementing Identity and Access Management frameworks including RBAC, SSO, OAuth, service principals, and identity federation.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across engineering teams.\nSoft Skills\nStrong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nThis is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, with an expectation to work from the office three days a week.\nSkan AI is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace around the world.
