You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the delivery of a Minor Works project admin team, working closely alongside the Senior Project Manager (SPM). Based at our office in Kent.\nAs the Administration Team Leader, you will:\nProvide team management oversight for day-to-day service delivery of the Project Small Works ensuring that all project documentation is filed online using Skanska’s CAFM/Concept. \nSupervise and mentor a team of 6 office-based Project Administrators, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and resolving any escalations.\nCoordinate project administration activities, including arranging quotations, contractor communications, site access, meeting invitations, agendas, and client approvals within KPI timeframes.\nManage Small Works tasks, scheduling with end users, collating Health & Safety documentation, and maintaining accurate project records and tracking sheets.\nProactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers, Sub-Contractors and Client Teams, ensuring accurate, relevant and timely communication while following up on quotations, RAMS, invoices and other key project information\nSupport the Senior PM, Project Manager/APMs in preparation and collation of weekly and monthly reports.\nWe are looking for:\nA good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of software, Office 365, Teams and SharePoint.\nGood customer focus and telephone manner is essential along with the ability to work alone and as part of a team, to meet deliverables.\nEvidence of working in a role requiring high volume data input. \nEvidence of working in a high pressure customer service role.\nDBS (Enhanced) vetting is mandatory and will be arranged for the successful candidate.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
