We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects.\nWe are currently looking for a Assistant Commercial Manager who will be responsible for administering commercial governance and activity across the project or portfolio.\n\nAs the Assistant Commercial Manager, you will:\nAdminister the subcontractor WGRN payment process in accordance with Duty to Report / Governments Prompt Payment targets, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment.\nSupport the Senior Commercial manager and commercial manager in the end-to-end commercial processes and procedures of non-chargeable works and chargeable works (Change Notices, Variations, paid reactive works) including accurate updating of trackers.\nAdminister the submission of contract variations including consequential change, ensuring the appropriate internal and external Delegated Authority approval processes are adhered too.\nSupport Senior Commercial manager and commercial manager with the production of data and reports to support month-end CVR.\nSupport Senior Commercial manager and commercial manager in the development of any new, adopted, or adapted commercial processes and procedures.\nPrepare and submit Client applications for payment and ensure full recovery of all the contractual entitlements.\nWe are looking for:\nExperience of working in a commercial role within the facilities management sector\nAble to obtain relevant security clearance\nExperience of working with client representatives\nExperience of Oracle or financial management system\nCapacity to meet deadlines\nExperience and general understanding of CAFM systems\nMentoring junior team members in commercial awareness\nExperience of contract documents (PFI is preferred)\nCompetent Computer skills including use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular be at an advanced level for Excel\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity,dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
