Utilise people data to measure and improve project performance.\nLead resource forecasting for your dedicated areas to understand future requirements and implement strategies to address. \nWork in collaboration with the Resourcing team to offer robust governance and benchmarking to support an effective recruitment process.\nEffectively champion the engagement survey and outputs to leverage engagement levels across the sector and work with Directors and project leaders on areas which require intervention.\nActively support and work within the HR Service Delivery model, in partnership with HR specialist functions\nWork collaboratively with the HR Operations team for the Sector, and the wider HR operations teams, to identify trends and put in place solutions that enable business performance.\nWe are looking for:\nProven delivery in the key areas of generalist HR, including considerable employee relations experience.
