The Building Fabric Manager will be responsible for the Management of maintenance and continuous improvement of a large portfolio across public buildings.\nAs the Building Fabric Maintenance Manager, you will:\nDemonstrate you have effective control and governance systems in place to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.\nProduce reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.\nCoordinate and facilitate asset management reviews.\nReview the work of colleagues when necessary to identify issues and make recommendations to the General Manager where the introduction of performance improvement measures may mitigate risk.\nLead planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage contractors and budgets, and support projects aimed at improving the condition, sustainability, and performance of the estate.\nOversee area supervisors and manage commercial fleet FORS compliance, ensuring contractual KPI delivery across a team of engineers.\nBe part of the on-Call Management on an agreed weekly basis.\nWe are looking for:\nFabric maintenance discipline qualification City and Guilds (or Equivalent).\nRecognised qualification IOSH Managing safely qualification.\nProven experience in a building Fabric role, with knowledge of the industry's standards, regulations and reporting procedures. \nKnowledge of CAFM and planned maintenance. \nExperience of large multi-site estates, leadership and team working. \nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
