We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects.\nWe are currently looking for a Electrician who will undertake the full range of electrical engineering maintenance activities, observing all relevant safety standards and procedures, to ensure a safe working environment for all patients, visitors and staff.\nAs the Electrician, you will:\nBe responsible for calibration and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment.\nCore skills will include, but are not limited to, undertaking the installation, modification to maintenance and repair.\nRequired to carry out priority work requirements on essential patient equipment used in patient care package and having a direct impact detrimentally to the whole patient experience i.e. nurse call handsets.\nMaintains and updates own maintenance records, in paper format and also electronically.\nTo be conversant with current legislation and health & safety law and to always work to these standards.\nAlways work within maintenance procedures and safety standards.\nParticipates in surveys, audits / undertakes acceptance testing of new equipment.\nWe are looking for:\nPossession of a recognised electrical trade qualification.
