You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.

We are currently looking for an Engineering Coordinator (Water) who will provide administrative and technical coordination support to the engineering team across the full project lifecycle, managing documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and helping ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

As the Engineering Coordinator (Water), you will:

  • Join the @one Alliance, one of the water sector’s most successful, award-winning and forward-thinking capital delivery organisations.
  • Support engineering teams across a varied programme of water infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
  • Help shape innovative ways of working that prioritise outcomes over outputs, reducing carbon, enhancing natural capital, tackling climate change, and embracing digital innovation and new technologies.
  • Expand your professional network, both internally and externally, through collaboration with the many partners that make up the @one Alliance.
  • Broaden your experience by working closely with Design Managers, Discipline Engineers, Project Managers, Stakeholder Management teams, Environmental & Planning professionals, and Construction Managers.

  • Experience of working effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • A genuine interest in engineering, with enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders.
