Any persons who do not fulfil this residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.\nWe are currently looking for an Engineering Surveyor to join our team.\nAs the Engineering Surveyor, you will:\nEnsure that they team have the correct training/knowledge in how to work safely and to meet project needs.\nEnsure that the project have the appropriate survey control network to fulfil the construction requirements.\nBe setting out the works in accordance with the contract requirements before work is programmed to commence.\nShare expert advice and guidance to the members of the engineering survey teams and other parts of the business related to engineering surveying and geospatial best practice.\nProvide a topographical survey in preparation for engineering works on site, setting out for the works, reports and measures and final survey information.\nWe are looking for:\nDegree in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying: (Desirable) or ONC/B Tec in Land Surveying or previous experience as a Graduate Engineering Surveyor or Engineering surveying Technician.\nAbility to use survey instruments, software and working methods.\nIdeally, technical professional Membership of CICES or equivalent body.\nCommercial awareness.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
