This direct motorway connection will reduce congestion and strengthen regional connectivity.\nYou will be working in the Infrastructure OU based in Birmingham in where we are responsible for bringing design, build and refurbishment excellence to complex civil engineering projects nationwide - combining technical expertise with a passion for creating lasting value for people and places.\nWe are currently looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor who will lead commercial activities on M54 to M6 Link Scheme. This role will oversee cost management, subcontract administration, and commercial strategy across the project, ensuring value is maximised while maintaining compliance with contractual and client requirements.\nAs the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:\nLead commercial management activities from start to final account.\nManage and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors and graduates.\nOversee subcontract procurement, administration, and performance management.
