Multi Skilled Engineer - K1

You will be working in the Building Services Operating Unit, in the Commercial Property Maintenance (CPM) department, delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.

We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer, based at the K1 Knightsbridge building in central London.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:

• Deliver day-to-day servicing of Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure, including breakdown response and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair works across all associated Mechanical and Electrical assets.
• Operate, inspect and monitor plant and equipment to ensure safe, reliable and efficient performance in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Produce technical incident reports and supporting documentation as required, in line with management direction.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service histories and plant asset registers.
• Promote and uphold Health and Safety compliance at all times, while supporting team training where appropriate.
• Assist with the day-to-day monitoring and supervision of operations when required.

We are looking for:

• Recognised technical qualification, such as City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an engineering role within a service/commercial property maintenance environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of control systems.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC systems.
• IEE 17th or 18th Edition qualified.
• IOSH Working Safely certified, or willing to work towards this.
• LV/AP Electrical experience or authorisation would be beneficial.
