We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects, including the (Royal London, St Bartholomew’s, Mansfield, Papworth, Derby).\nWe are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Technician - Shift who will undertake planned preventative maintenance, testing, repairs and new installation work covering a wide range of equipment, services, systems and buildings associated with the running of Papworth Hospital.\nAs the Multi Skilled Technician - Shift, you will:\nSupport the Estates Management in the provision of a 24hr maintenance Service within the Hospital.\nTo comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including Health and Safety legalisation.\nWork safely on ELV/LV and generated electric systems.\nResponsible for the maintenance of hospital equipment, plant, services, systems including inspection and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment and installations.\nCarry out installations, diagnose faults and repairs, complete report sheets and test certificates.\nWe are looking for:\nBTEC/HNC or City & Guilds Craft certificate or equivalent (NVQ3).\nA recognised apprenticeship.\n17th Edition IEE Regulation (Current) or Mechanical equivalent certificate.\nLow Voltage Systems for Competent Person (LV).\nRelevant trade experience\nGood knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
