LTC is a new road that will connect Kent and Essex through a tunnel beneath the River Thames and will be the greenest road ever built in the UK - creating six times more green space than road. The reliable new route will almost double road capacity over the river east of London to reduce congestion and give millions of people more choice on where they live, work and spend their valuable time. We have a diverse programme team on LTC that reflects the communities we work in and fosters an inclusive culture by actively supporting the programme's Purpose, Principles and Cultural Pillars and growing employee networks.\nWe are currently looking for a Project Manager who will deliver a programme of complex Utility Diversion works including all related enabling works, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards.\n\nAs the Project Manager, you will:\nLead and drive the Works to progress, in accordance with the Contract Programme, to best commercial advantage, without prejudice to the health and safety of employees, sub-contractors or the public at large and taking into full account environmental considerations. \nConsistently demonstrate, promote and develop high standards of safety behaviour.\nSupport the detailed design phase in ensuring an efficient and buildable design is produced by working alongside the construction team to find innovative ways to minimise cost and technical issues.\nDeliver the project in compliance with Skanska’s Our Way of Working system and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures (including client requirements).\nUnderstand/develop/ scrutinise/ deliver/ monitor end to end programme.
