As one of the world’s largest construction and development companies, we work together with customers, communities and partners to shape a better society.\nYou will be working in the central HSWQ function where we are responsible for coordinating and managing our QMS, and Quality capability activity across the process, data, technology, and competency lens.\nWe are currently looking for a Quality Compliance Lead who will support the development and delivery of the BU quality strategy, quality and compliance education programmes, and digital assurance processes. You will work with OU and EF teams, operational leaders, and senior stakeholders to embed a right first-time culture, improve performance, and strengthen the quality management approach across the business.\nAs the Quality Compliance Lead, you will:\nLead compliance and continual improvement activity across the BU in line with the Integrated Management System and Quality core processes.\nDevelop, coordinate, and deliver the BU quality and compliance objectives, improvement actions, and reporting based on performance data, trends, audits, SQIs, and NCRs.\nOwn the monthly BU quality KPI process, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely reporting to BU requirements.\nLead or coordinate the investigation of SQIs and significant quality events in support of the OUs, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective action, learning capture, and close-out.\nOversee internal quality and compliance assurance programmes, including audit planning, delivery, tracking, and action close-out at BU level.\nSupport project teams to implement quality planning, ITPs, NCR management, benchmarks, progressive assurance, and compliance records.\nWe are looking for:\nExperience of leading a quality and compliance strategy in a construction, infrastructure, or similar environment.\nRelevant sector knowledge.\nExperience of delivering audit, assurance, NCR, or investigation activity.\nExperience of quality reporting and performance management.\nExperience of using digital systems and field tools\nAbility to translate strategy into objectives, actions, and delivery plans.\nCQI / IRQA qualification\nWorking towards Chartered Membership to CQI / IRQA\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family\nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance\nProfessional development\nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave)\nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
