As one of the world’s largest construction and development companies, we work together with customers, communities and partners to shape a better society.\nYou will be working in the HS2 Main Works, the SCS Joint Venture with Costain and Strabag, our HS2 Main Works South team is delivering one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects - 26 miles of tunnels from London Euston to West Ruislip, along with viaducts, bridges and embankments that will connect communities for generations.\nWe are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will:\nAs the Quantity Surveyor, you will:\nInputting to the efficient and effective management and issuing of accurate, timely and compliant notices and correspondence\nPreparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation\nCost control and forecasting. Prepare and provide input to monthly reports: value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow and budget\nPreparation and agreement of applications for payment or the assessment & preparation of payment certificates\nAssisting with Risk and Value Management to optimise solution. Monitor and regularly review with the project team.
