Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.\nWe are currently looking for a Security Information Controller who will operate security-governed systems and processes, ensuring that sensitive information and drawings are issued, tracked, recovered and retained in line with Government security requirements and Skanska policy.\nAs the Security Information Controller, you will:\nOperate the drawing room function, treating all contractor drawings as controlled security items.\nMaintain a controlled drawing register, with unique numbering, version control and custody records\nAdminister approved secure platforms and systems used for document storage, collaboration and record-keeping.\nApply and maintain strict access controls on a need-to-know and least-privilege basis.\nUndertake UKSV Sponsor User activities, including initiation, processing, monitoring and renewal of BPSS, SC and DV clearances (as applicable).\nMaintain accurate, auditable vetting records, trackers and renewal schedules.\nWe are looking for:\nExperience in security administration, information control, document control or vetting support within a secure or regulated environment.\nPractical experience supporting UKSV vetting processes and handling sensitive personal data.\nStrong understanding of secure information handling, access control and record-keeping.\nExceptional attention to detail, discretion and integrity.\nStrong interpersonal skills with proven ability to clearly communicate and handle sensitive issues with discretion and integrity.\nHigh proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Planner, Loop, To Do, PowerPoint, etc) and other relevant software.\nAbility to hold and maintain UK Security Clearance - minimum 10 years UK residency required.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity,dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
