To ensure that CPM operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Skanska business processes. These services must be delivered to margin expectation or better with high levels of customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that site remains compliant.\nYou will be working in the Building Services Operating Unit - Commercial Property Maintenance team where we are responsible for delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.\nIn our Building Services team, we bring Skanska’s purpose to build for a better society to life, creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.\nAs the Senior Contract Manager, you will:\nLead bid management activities, including the preparation, writing and review of high-quality submissions, while supporting estimating for new and existing business opportunities.\nEnsure full compliance with Skanska pre-contract governance, policies and procedures across all aspects of service delivery.\nOversee safe, efficient and compliant site operations, including set-up and management of new and existing properties in line with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.\nLead, motivate and develop site teams to embed the IFE culture and achieve zero accidents, zero environmental incidents and zero ethical breaches, while meeting all monthly HSWE reporting requirements.\nManage subcontractor performance and resilience to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery in line with contractual obligations.\nManage directly employed staff, KPIs, SLAs and overall contract HSWE performance to ensure service standards, resource efficiency and customer satisfaction targets, including YVOS scores, are achieved.\nWe are looking for:\nProven experience delivering Hard Services contracts within a facilities or building services environment.\nExperience supporting business development and contributing to growth opportunities.\nA management qualification, or equivalent practical leadership experience.\nExperience managing large commercial sites and overseeing high-value service delivery contracts.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.\nAble to manage competing priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects on time and within budget, supported by a strong technical background.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
