Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.\nWe are currently looking for a Senior Planner (Data Centres), based in Watford, Hertfordshire who will work on a live Construction project leading the planning requirements and chairing collaborative planning meetings.\nAs the Senior Planner (Data Centres), you will:\nContribute to the overall planning process, maintaining a proactive and professional service to the planning, bid and project teams working to the guidelines of the planning and programming strategic plan.\nContribute towards the management of the bid and project planning / programming strategic plan.\nAssist the management team in preparation of method statements to meet the needs of the project.\nManage and maintain MEP project programmes, including integrated design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and key trade package schedules.\nShecdule validation, risk identification and management, including the effective management of EWNs and EOTs.\nWe are looking for:\nMEP Planning experience on major projects and different forms of construction and types of NEC Contracts.\nExperience of data centre market and working on Bids and Tenders.\nGood working knowledge of Planning Software (Asta PowerProject / Primavera).\nHNC/Degree qualification in a construction related subject or trade qualifications.\nAn appreciation of 4D planning software tools including Synchro.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
