Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.\nAs experts in MEP engineering, we're delivering technically challenging data centre fit-outs and projects across commercial, education, and defence sectors.\nWe are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Electrical who will lead the day-to-day operational management on large scale multi-disciplinary commercial projects to include, pre-construction periods, design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and project handover, within the Skanska JV building construction team.\nAs the Senior Project Manager - Electrical, you will:\nEnsure full compliance across design, engineering, construction and commissioning processes.\nDevelop and administer controls on the project or workplace and ensure full implementation and compliance. \nUnderstand, develop, scrutinise, deliver and monitor the end-to-end programme. \nMaintain active control of the project’s commercial and contractual requirements. \nOversee, manage, implement, and communicate Risk mitigation and steps needed to pursue opportunities.\nCompile tender submissions and fully control the process to achieve sign off from SLT.\nImplementing, managing, recording, and reporting in full accordance with the HSE management systems in place\nUndertake line management responsibilities for direct and indirect employees.\nWe are looking for:\nExperience leading project teams on large commercial schemes in London and the surrounding areas, with combined package responsibility of approximately £25m.\nKnowledge and experience in managing multiple disciplines, interfaces and work sequencing.\nProven track record in successfully delivering large scale MEP contracts to time and within commercial constraints.\nFormal H&S training accreditation, with SMSTS as a minimum requirement.\nExperience and knowledge of testing and commissioning complete MEPH installations.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
