Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.\nWe are currently looking for an experienced and confident Site Manager can complete the construction of a new £30m project, in North Lincolnshire, consisting of a new 10.5Ml reservoir, associated high lift pumps, associated structures, the construction of new lagoons and associated pipework up to 600mm.\nAs the Site Manager, you will:\nManage and coordinate day-to-day site activities to deliver works safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.\nOversee subcontractors, site resources, plant and materials to ensure efficient and compliant site operations.\nLead on health, safety, environmental and quality standards, embedding best practice across the site team.\nSupport project controls including budgets, reporting, assurance requirements, change management and cost governance.\nDrive project handover readiness, rework close-out and collaboration with delivery teams and operations staff to achieve safe-to-operate completion.\nWe are looking for:\nProven experience delivering large-scale water projects valued at £30m+. \nStrong track record of managing complex site operations to meet programme, cost and quality targets.\nSolid knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality standards in live construction environments.\nExperience managing subcontractors, supply chain partners, site budgets and procurement processes effectively.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills; construction-related qualifications and knowledge of alliance delivery, CCMS or digital site tools are advantageous.\nWhat we offer:\n* 24/7 digital GP service for you and your family\n* Financial wellbeing and employee assistance\n* Professional development\n* Enhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave)\nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
