Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.\nWe are currently looking for a Technical Programme Manager who will be accountable for developing, managing and monitoring Lifecycle and Capital Works programmes across the Facilities Management portfolio, ensuring projects are planned, resourced and delivered effectively to meet operational, commercial and customer requirements.\nYou will work closely with project, commercial and operational teams to provide programme governance, performance reporting and strategic planning support, driving successful project delivery and continuous improvement.\nAs the Technical Programme Manager, you will:\nLead the development, maintenance and monitoring of Lifecycle and Capital Works programmes across multiple FM contracts.\nManage programme performance reporting, resource planning and schedule control to support successful project delivery.\nSupport operational and project teams to deliver customer-focused services through robust planning processes, systems and performance management.\nCollaborate with project, commercial, operational and client stakeholders to ensure programme objectives, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.\nDrive business improvement through programme analysis, performance monitoring and the implementation of planning best practice.\nDevelop and maintain accurate, achievable programmes across the FM portfolio, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and business requirements.\nWe are looking for:\nQualified to HNC/HND level in a Building, Mechanical or Electrical discipline, or hold a relevant degree, equivalent qualification, or comparable experience.\nStrong experience in developing and managing construction or engineering programmes of work.\nExperience within project or programme management environments.\nHealth and safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS, or equivalent.\nCSCS card, or the ability to obtain one if needed.\nExperience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction or lifecycle programmes.\nSkilled in producing resource-loaded programmes and undertaking scenario planning.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple organisational levels.\nEligible to obtain Enhanced DBS and Security Clearance as required.\nWhat we offer:\n24/7 digital GP service for you and your family \nFinancial wellbeing and employee assistance \nProfessional development \nEnhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave) \nInclusion and Diversity\nWe thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
