You'll set the direction for how Skatteguiden uses data to understand its users and make product decisions, and you'll be the person who raises the bar for what good analytics looks like here.\nYou'll work closely with product managers across our product teams and have real influence on what gets built and why. This isn't a support function. It's a lead role with ownership.\n\nWhat you'll be working onOwn the product analytics function — define the strategy, set the standards, and drive adoption across product teams.\n\nDefine and maintain core product metrics and KPIs across the organisation.\n\nDesign and run experiments — from hypothesis to conclusion.\n\nAnalyse user behaviour and funnels to identify growth opportunities and friction points.\n\nBuild scalable dashboards and reporting in close collaboration with the data team.\n\nTranslate findings into concrete recommendations for product leadership and senior stakeholders.\n\nWhat you bringStrong SQL skills and experience with complex data modelling.\n\nExperience with Snowflake, dbt, Lightdash, Evidence or comparable tooling.\n\nSolid product analytics experience — you've worked closely with product teams and understand what drives a digital product.\n\nStrong experimentation design and statistical analysis skills.\n\nA track record of owning a product analytics function, not just contributing to one.\n\nAbility to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nSelf-directed and structured — you can take an ambiguous question and turn it into a sharp analysis.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.\n\nExperience with Lightdash, Tableau, or comparable BI tools.\n\nPython for data processing and analysis.\n\nWhat we offerOwnership of the product analytics function at one of Denmark's fastest-growing fintech companies.\n\nDirect influence on product direction and a seat at the table where decisions are made.\n\nA strong data team with high professional standards and a modern tech stack.\n\nThe opportunity to build something — not inherit a finished function.\n\nOffice first in Copenhagen — five minutes from Rådhuspladsen, lunch at Claus Meyer, dinner covered if the day runs long.\n\nPracticalStart: As soon as possible\nReports to: Head of Data & Operations Planning\nSalary: Competitive and based on experience\nWorking place: Onsite in central Copenhagen\n\nOur lean recruitment process20-minute vibe-check with The Hub (online).\n\n45-minute onsite meeting with the hiring manager and product manager.\n\n1-hour onsite case session with the hiring manager and a team member, followed by a 30-minute conversation with Nikolai (CEO).\n\nWe look forward to hearing from you!
