You'll dig into how users actually behave in the app, help design and evaluate experiments, and turn your findings into clear recommendations that shape what gets built next.\nYou'll work day-to-day with product managers across our product teams, as part of a data team with high standards and a modern stack. It's a hands-on role with plenty of room to grow, both in technical depth and in influence on the product.\n\nWhat you'll be working onAnalyse user behaviour, funnels and retention to find growth opportunities and friction points.\n\nHelp product teams set up, run and evaluate experiments — from hypothesis to conclusion.\n\nTrack and maintain core product metrics and KPIs, and make sure teams can trust them.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting in close collaboration with the data team.\n\nAnswer product questions with clear, well-structured analyses and concrete recommendations.\n\nContribute to the data models and definitions that product analytics is built on.\n\nWhat you bring2–3+ years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst or similar role, ideally in a digital product company.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with data models.\n\nHands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).\n\nExperience working closely with product managers or product teams.\n\nA solid grasp of experimentation and statistics — you know what makes a test result trustworthy.\n\nAbility to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.\n\nA structured approach — you can take a loosely defined question and turn it into a sharp analysis.\n\nNice to haveExperience with Lightdash, Evidence or comparable BI tooling.\n\nPython for data processing and analysis.\n\nExperience from a product setup with cross-functional squads.\n\nWhat we offerReal impact on a product used by more than a million Danes.\n\nClose collaboration with product teams and a direct line from your analyses to product decisions.\n\nA strong data team with high professional standards and a modern tech stack.\n\nRoom to grow your skills and your scope as the product analytics function develops.\n\nOffice first in Copenhagen — five minutes from Rådhuspladsen, lunch at Claus Meyer, dinner covered if the day runs long.\n\nPracticalStart: As soon as possible \nReports to: Head of Data & Operations Planning \nSalary: Competitive and based on experience\nWork place: Onsite in Copenhagen.\n\nOur lean recruitment process20-minute vibe-check with The Hub (online).\n\n45-minute onsite meeting with the hiring manager and product manager.\n\n1-hour onsite case session with the hiring manager and a team member, followed by a 30-minute conversation with Nikolai (CEO).\n\nWe look forward to hearing from you!
