By managing inventory, enhancing visual merchandising, and implementing commercial initiatives, you'll directly contribute to the store's profitability and overall success.\nWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:\nPrevious experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar role within a retail environment\nStrong organisational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively\nExperience driving sales performance, delivering results, and meeting targets\nHighly organised with the ability to manage inventory, staff scheduling, and other operational tasks\nThe ability to lead and motivate a team\nStrong commercial awareness and sales skills to drive growth and achieve targets\nAble to create a positive, collaborative team environment that fosters teamwork and colleague engagement\nAn ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for colleagues and customers\nExceptional leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success\nFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nTeam Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment\nVisual Merchandising: Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation\nInventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment processes, and organise the shop floor to create a seamless shopping experience\nOperational Management: Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
