Assistant Store Manager - Halfweg

As an Assistant Store Manager at Skechers, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive business performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a positive and engaging store culture. You will support the development of a high-performing team, champion operational excellence, and help execute sales strategies that contribute to store success. Through your leadership, coaching, and hands-on approach, you’ll play a key role in maintaining an environment where both employees and customers thrive.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive customer-first culture that delivers exceptional experiences and builds long-term loyalty.
• Support store systems, including day-to-day operations, opening/closing procedures, inventory management and loss prevention.
• Contribute analyzing store performance by interpreting KPIs and support action plans that drive measurable results.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of Skechers store members.
• Support scheduling and staffing.
• Maintain store organization and support product displays.
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervising position within a retail environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with commercial awareness.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• Good command of English (B1-B2) and Dutch.
• Able to work on a flexible schedule.
• Previous experience in footwear, fashion, and lifestyle is a strong plus.
