Realizar a abertura e fechamento do caixa conforme procedimentos internos.

  • Registrar produtos, conferir valores e processar pagamentos em dinheiro, cartão, PIX, vales ou outros meios.
  • Realizar trocas e devoluções seguindo as políticas da empresa.
  • Emitir notas fiscais, recibos e documentos obrigatórios.
  • Oferecer um atendimento rápido, cortês e eficiente, garantindo ótima experiência ao cliente.
  • Abertura de chamados ou registro de ocorrências de divergências, erros ou problemas no caixa.
  • Informar sobre campanhas, benefícios e programas da loja (ex.: cadastro, fidelidade, parcelamento).
  • Manter o local de trabalho organizado, seguro e preparado para operação. Inclusive limpeza e organização dos caixas e das gondolas próximas ao caixa
  • Zelar pela conferência e segurança dos valores sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de prevenção de perdas e segurança
  • Suportar o time de vendas, no piso de loja, auxiliando nas reposições e organização da loja
