In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of the Manhattan Active WMS platform to optimize warehouse and distribution center operations.\nSalary Range: $100k - $135k\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Manhattan Active WMS platform\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, software architects, analysts, and warehouse operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nDevelop and maintain custom integrations between Manhattan Active WMS and other enterprise systems (OMS, ERP, BOOMI, MHE, FTP, etc.)\nAssist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of WMS enhancements and new features\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and system performance bottlenecks\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and integration documentation\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and third-party vendors\nSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training efforts\nEnsure solutions align with best practices, scalability, and security standards\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates WMS (Active WMS)\nStrong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Agile software development methodology.\nProficiency in MAWM Proactive, Velocity, Python, JSON, and API integrations\nStrong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory management)\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Jasper Reports, MarkMagic PI, and SCI Reporting Tool\nKnowledge of Confluence, Jira, DevOps, and other collaboration tools\nUnderstanding of Google Cloud Platform, Pub/Sub, and related Google utilities\nManhattan Associates certification(s) is a plus\nExperience in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nWork Environment\nHybrid or on-site work arrangement (location-dependent)\nOccasional travel to distribution centers or vendor sites may be required\nSalary Range: $100k - $135k\nAbout Skechers\nSkechers, a global Fortune 500® company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
