This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, creatively minded merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about footwear, digital commerce, and customer experience.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nMerchandising\nResponsible for overall site merchandising, product placement and flow of footwear for Skechers.com across the US and Canada\nAttend pre-season assortment meetings, providing product feedback and forward-looking ecommerce specific needs referencing eCommerce channel insights\nSite Experience & Storytelling\nCollaborate with the team to define and execute site presentation strategy across divisions, ensuring optimal categorization, sequencing, and cross-selling\nPartner with cross-functional teams to bring product stories to life in a way that drives conversion and exceeds customer expectations\nCreate a compelling, intuitive shopping experience that reflects the Skechers brand and fuels sales growth\nAnalytics & Strategy\nLeverage key buying reports to evaluate business performance against goals, assess current sales trends, and identify inventory opportunities\nProvide analysis to support strategy development, sales performance reviews, and promotional activity recaps\nDevelop a thorough understanding of brand and division performance to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions\nReact quickly to in-season trends by identifying reorder opportunities and applying markdown strategies to optimize inventory\nOperations & Collaboration\nOversee core reports used by the eCommerce team and management\nPartner with planning and store counterparts to manage the product lifecycle across all channels\nContinuously deepen your understanding of the full direct-to-consumer business\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING:\nProven track record of analyzing and reporting on eCommerce performance to drive sales growth\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and concisely\nA collaborative team player who also works well independently\nThrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detai\nl\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree required\n2-3+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising\nThe pay range for the role is $80,000-$85,000/yr USD.\nAbout Skechers\nSkechers, a global Fortune 500® company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
