This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. The Accounting Supervisor will partner with internal departments to improve processes, maintain strong internal controls, and support the accuracy of the Company's financial records.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupervise daily Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, cash applications, collections, and customer account maintenance.\nMonitor aging reports and work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances.\nReview and approve customer credit requests and account adjustments, as appropriate.\nPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nAssist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis.\nSupport the preparation of management reporting.\nMaintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls.\nCollaborate with Operations, Sales, Treasury, and other departments to ensure accurate recording of transactions.\nAssist with audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and supporting analyses.\nProvide guidance, training, and support to accounting staff as assigned.\nParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.\nQualifications\nStrong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nSupervise the Accounts Receivable team\nEducation and/or Experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable responsibilities.\nExperience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).\nPrior supervisory or lead experience preferred.\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
